The billet joining machine is a connecting device for ceramic products coming out of the blank turning machine. It is designed and manufactured according to the product type, specification and output. Different products have different configurations. The roller drive mode is divided into two categories: synchronous belt drive and helical gear drive. The billet joining machine is responsible for the turning and conveying of the raw ceramic tiles. The length, width, motor segmentation, roller size, motor power and drive mode must be configured according to the size and output of the product, and it must be equipped with scraping or blank sweeping accessories. The electronic control is controlled by the PLC program to interlock the upper and lower processes.
