The glaze line swing arm is an auxiliary equipment for the height change of green body operation. It is mainly used for the height change before and after the green body enters and exits the drying kiln. The two-stage or three-stage glaze line swing arm is adopted according to the displacement height and output. The three-stage type shall be adopted for the high displacement height and output. The length of the swing arm shall be based on the width of the drying kiln. The two-stage type uses double-sided swing arms to balance the operating gravity, and the three-stage type needs to add a counterweight box to balance the operating gravity. The operating frequency of the three-stage glaze line swing arm is higher than that of the two-stage type. The segmented equipment must be combined into a whole during assembly. The structural strength of the swing arm is an important factor for stable operation. The electronic control is segmented by the PLC program to interlock the upper and lower processes.
