The glazing line is the receiving equipment after the green body comes out of the drying kiln. While the green body is being transported, the processes of grinding, glazing, printing, inkjet, drying, protective glaze, and base slurry are arranged. According to the product specifications, the motor is segmented, the process is laid out, and special process auxiliary machines are equipped. The length, width, height, shaft diameter and pulley distribution of the glazing line must be considered comprehensively for the versatility of the product. When configuring the motor and electronic control, the process and output of all products to be run shall be taken as the basis, and the overall layout shall be carried out in combination with the reception of the front and rear kilns. The electronic control is segmented and controlled by the PLC program to link the upper and lower processes.
