A telescopic blank turning machine is used, and an antique brick blank grinding machine is reserved. The layout of the input and output of the four presses can stop any one of them to change the mold, and the other three can be evenly divided into the upper and lower layers to enter the drying kiln; the drying input and output platform adopts helical gear transmission, the glazing line frame is 1.1 meters wide, the C-type belt is 6 to 6, and the total length is 560 meters. The line adopts a 1.5kw horizontal gear motor, and the glazing process section adopts a 2.2kw horizontal gear motor; the upper glaze line adopts a three-stage swing arm descent, and a right-angle double-use turning machine is used before entering the firing kiln to achieve 600X1200 short side into the firing kiln. The firing kiln brick input platform adopts φ70 sets of rubber rollers, and the motor is reasonably segmented to adapt to the input of multiple specifications of products into the kiln. There is a 4-column 8-chain blank storage machine in front of the kiln, with a blank storage capacity of 259㎡; the cooling platform after the kiln adopts a helical gear transmission platform, and bricks are discharged after the kiln.
