The main kiln feeder is the connecting equipment for the green body to enter the firing kiln. The length, width, height, roller size and transmission mode, motor segmentation and number of motors are determined according to the specifications of the firing kiln, product specifications and output. The motor segmentation and number of motors are the key factors to determine the production capacity. The rationality of the parameters of the inlet and outlet machine involves the smooth and stable operation of the green body in and out of the drying kiln, and whether the output can meet the design requirements. Relevant auxiliary equipment needs to be configured according to demand, and space for thermal expansion and contraction of the firing kiln and the production capacity matching requirements of relevant auxiliary equipment are reserved. The electronic control is controlled in sections by the PLC program to link the upper and lower processes.
