"We draw a blueprint for each customer's digital workshop transformation," the head of Shunqu Machinery Overseas Business Department said in an interview. With its flexible configuration capability, the company has provided personalized solutions for ceramic enterprises in 23 countries, especially the "special drying line for desert environment" in the Middle East, which has successfully overcome the impact of extreme climate on production. At present, the overseas service system has established eight regional service centers to achieve 48-hour emergency response.

Driven by the goal of "double carbon", the latest energy-saving intelligent billet storage system launched by Shunqu Machinery optimizes the energy consumption structure through AI algorithm, and a single production line can reduce carbon emissions by 120 tons annually. The technology has won four national invention patents and has been selected into the Recommended Catalogue of Green Technologies for China's Ceramic Industry in 2023. The company's R & D director disclosed that it is jointly developing ceramic waste recycling equipment with universities, which is expected to be put into the market in 2024.
